Calendar event titles, notes, locations, invitees, and other event details are not shown to your groups. ClearCal is designed to use free/busy availability for scheduling.

• To show shared availability inside groups you join or create.
• To operate, maintain, and improve ClearCal.
• To respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your groups see availability signals, not the private details of your calendar events. We may use service providers to operate the app, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide ClearCal, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. You may contact us to request deletion of your account information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

ClearCal is not intended for children under 13.
