Using ClearCal

You may use ClearCal only in compliance with these terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for the groups you create, the people you invite, and the information you choose to share through the app.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at info@getclearcal.com.

Calendar Availability

ClearCal helps groups compare availability. The app may not always be accurate, available, or error-free, and you should confirm important plans directly when needed.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use ClearCal to harass, spam, or abuse others.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, groups, or systems without permission.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service.

Apple App Store Terms

If you download ClearCal through the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless ClearCal provides a separate custom EULA.

Changes and Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of ClearCal at any time. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
